Ben Stokes being the most expensive bought of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction 2017 and making him the most expensive overseas player to be ever bought at the Indian Premier League (IPL) history. Ben Stokes, the England all-rounder was bought by Rising Pune Supergiants for Rs 14.5 crores that is seven times of his base price of 2 crore.
But the most expensive player bought of the all time at Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction is Yuvraj Singh which was bought by Delhi Daredevils for Rs 16 crore at IPL 2015 Auction.
And he is also on the third of our list as he was bought by Royal Challenger Bangalore in 2014 for Rs 15.5 crore.
